The Dinner Planning team consisted of Patty Gaspar, Lloyd Johnson, Dick Plastino, and Darlene Dietzler. There were seven greeters welcoming us. They were Gary Goins, the Head Greeter, Joe and Lise Neer, Tom Hurja, Lois Kahn, Donna Seaman, and Thomas Casadevall. Patty Gaspar did the lovely table decorations. Elly Baldwin and Carolyn Bauer did a great job keeping the main buffet table organized. Ellen Fitzpatrick helped with the appetizer table. We had an abundance of desserts, which kept Janet Quinn and Sharon Bair hopping. They even had to secure another table. Jeff Messerschmidt brought the soft drinks and ice. He even took the empty bottles home for recycling. Patty Gaspar had the programs printed. Jeff Krinsky did a great job as the evening’s photographer. Dick Plastino worked with Piccolo’s Restaurant, ordered the main entrée, and, he and Jeff Baysinger picked it up. Helping to pass out the awards at the end of the evening were, Diane Minka, Carol Robbins, Julie Brown, Lois Kahn, Barbara Johnson, Robin Mcdougal,, Howard Bagdad, Richard Giesler, and Tom Hurja.
Dave Grimes, the Data Base Manager, keeps a record of the Volunteers and the Ride Leaders. He supplied the VRD team with the list of names. If anyone has a question regarding their participation in club events, please contact him.
