Door County Wisconsin is known for it’s friendly small towns, beautiful coastline, historic lighthouses, sunset watching - and the bike ride options are amazing!  Routes are along mostly flat, quiet back roads with distances ranging from 25-45 miles.  The hotel is right in town with easy walking to great restaurants, shopping and the entrance to Peninsula State Park.   The schedule is being finalized and more details will be available on the DBTC website in the coming months.

Plan at least two days if driving from the Denver area to Door County.  You will be responsible for transportation from our hotel in Fish Creek to the location of several planned activities so car pools or a rental car will be required if you opt to fly.   Green Bay Wisconsin is the closest major airport with several airlines offering flights from Denver.   Bike rentals can be arranged at a nearby bike shop.

Deposits of $200 per person are being accepted now.   Mail your check (post-dated to Dec 1, 2014) along with DBTC Registration/Medical form and Liability Waiver form to:  Kathy Stommel, 9631 Autumnwood Pl, Highlands Ranch, CO  80129.   Direct questions to Tour Leader, Kathy Stommel, home phone #303/997-9567, cell phone #719/671-5579, or email at cyclekats@gmail.com.  Remember your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferrable if a replacement can be secured.  Full payment will be due no later than June 1, 2015.  This tour requires a minimum of 16 tour participants with a maximum of 20 to insure a small group experience.

Door County 2008 was my very first DBTC experience with great memories and new life long friends.   I can’t wait to share this beautiful area of Wisconsin with another group of DBTC members.
